In any case, the continuous operation of the equipment should not exceed 60 seconds.
After every 60 seconds of continuous operation, it is necessary to take a break to cool the
engine.
6.
When whipping is finished, set the power switch to 0 (off) and remove the glass.
EQUIPMENT SHUT-DOWN
1.
Set the power switch to 0 (off) position.
2.
Turn off the power (put the power cord male connector out of the female socket).
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Before any maintenance it is necessary to cut off power supply.
The equipment should not be cleaned using any abrasive materials, metallic sponges and
brushes, pricking and cutting items, aggressive chlorine-containing cleaning agents, gasoline,
acids, alkalies and solvents.
The following operations shall be performed daily upon completion of work:
1.
Remove the glass, wash it with warm soap solution, thoroughly swill it out with clean
water and wipe it dry.
2.
Wipe the housing and spindle surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water for cleaning
the housing and spindle.
If the equipment is not to be operated for a long time (days off, holidays, etc.), it should
be de-energized and thoroughly cleaned.
SAFETY
1.
Equipment installation and connection to the electricity mains shall be performed by
skilled professionals only.
2.
To connect monophase equipment, a three-wire circuit with grounding shall be used.
3.
The equipment is not intended for outdoor use.
4.
The equipment shall be installed on a stable support 800-900 mm in height with flat level
surface. The surface shall be dry and clean. The support shall withstand the equipment
weight.
5.
The equipment must be installed away from heat sources (electric burners, gas burners,
radiators, etc.).
6.
To ensure good ventilation, the distance between the equipment and the wall or any
adjacent structures shall be at least 5 cm.
7.
The operation staff shall ensure that the electric cable is not hanging over the edge of the
support and it is away from sharp, hot objects and open flame. Do not twist or deform the
cord. In the course of de-energizing, do not pull the cord, always take the plug. Do not
take the cable and the male connector with wet hands. It is prohibited to steep the plug
and cord in water or any other liquid. It is not allowed to switch on the equipment when
a power cord and plug is broken.
8.
As for extra safety, the equipment is equipped with a short power cord. This minimizes
the risk that the cord may hang over the edge of the support, and that the user may be
caught in the cord, stumble over it or accidentally pull it. To avoid electric shock, injuries
and equipment damages, the use of extension cords is strongly discouraged.
9.
The equipment is designed for making milkshakes and whipping cream. The equipment
shall not be used for any purposes other than intended. Do not add solid, water-insoluble
ingredients to a mixture.
10.
The equipment is intended for intermittent periodic operation only; the duration of the
working cycle shall be no more than 60 seconds. It means, after every 60 seconds of
continuous operation, it is necessary to take a break to cool the engine.
