2.1. Put the cover on the flange (1).
2.2. Put the insert inside the flange (2).
2.3. Place the insert with the cover inside the tank (3).
3. Turn on the power (insert the male connector into the female socket).
4. Set the required temperature using the thermostat handle. Concurrently, the light indica-
tor should turn on informing that the equipment is switched on.
The thermostat handle is graded with Arabic numerals from 0 to 12. The temperature
adjustment range is specified in the Technical Specifications section. The recommended
temperature for the first course serving corresponds to handle positions from 1 to 8.
5. In the process of serving, the soup kettle cover may remain open. When serving is not
performed, the cover should be closed at all times.
EQUIPMENT SHUTDOWN
1. Turn the thermostat handle to "0". Make sure that the light indicator has blinked off.
2. Turn off the power (pull the male connector out of the female socket).
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Before any maintenance, turn off the power supply and let the equipment cool down to the
room temperature.
The equipment should not be cleaned with any abrasive materials, pricking and cutting items,
metal sponges and brushes, aggressive chlorine-containing detergents, gasoline, acids, alka-
lies and solvents.
Washing the equipment under a direct water stream or immersing it into water or any other
liquid is not allowed.
Case surfaces, internal surfaces of the tank and the flange should be cleaned with a soft
sponge or cloth wetted with warm soap solution. Remove solution residues with a clean wet
cloth and wipe the equipment dry.
The insert and cover should be washed with warm soap solution, thoroughly rinsed with clean
water and wiped dry.
The insert and cover may be washed in a dishwasher.
