EXPOSURE COMPENSATION
Certain scenes, where the sun is behind the
subject or the background is very bright (such
as snow or sand) will cause a foreground subject
ta be underexposed. Sonnetimes, this silhouette
effect can be very desirable, but usually, you
want your subject ta be properly exposed.
Under such conditions, set the Selector Dia! (4)
"+1" or "+2" ta compensate the exposure of
your subject. (Fig.9) If, on the other hand, the
back ground of your subject is dark or colored
in black, set the dia! ta "-1" or "-2"
markings.
