III.1.9.8
Low pressure ratio alarm
On screens Ji18 and Ji19 it is possible to enable the low pressure ratio alarm and
set the parameters related to the trigger threshold, trigger bypass and number of
permitted hourly and daily automatic resets.
III.1.9.9
Low-pressure condensation alarm
In windows Ji20 and Ji21 it is possible to enable the low condensation pressure
alarm and set the parameters related to the trigger threshold, trigger bypass and
number of permitted hourly and daily automatic resets.
III.1.9.10
Low outdoor temperature alarm
To be able to comply with the compressors' operating range of water-air units the
outdoor environment must not be too cold.
Choice of the action to be carried out when the outdoor air temperature falls
1
below the set threshold:
- DISABLED: no action
- ALARM: unit off due to alarm
- UNIT OFF: unit off
- OFF+PUMP ON: unit off and pump on
Minimum outdoor air temperature threshold in cooling mode
2
Minimum outdoor air temperature threshold in heating mode. The threshold
3
in heating is also used as limit for operation of the recovery unit heat
exchanger in EXP and HP+RC100 versions.

III.1.9.11
Incorrect phase sequence alarm
The phase monitor interrupts supply to the unit's components in case of inverted
phases to prevent rotation of compressors and fans in the opposite direction.
It may be automatically reset for a maximum number of times/hour.

In masks Ji26 and 27 it is possible to enable the liquid level alarm and set the
parameters relative to the intervention thresholds, to the intervention bypasses
and to the number of automatic reset times.
On screen Ji28 it is possible to set for how long any disconnections or
communication issues with the serial devices may be disregarded (EVD driver,
Inverter, EnergyMeter, ...). The start-up bypass is applied at board switch-on and
is generally longer than the bypass to be considered during operation.
On screen Ji29 it is possible to set the number of hourly automatic resets allowed
for the Turbocor compressor.

With the LDK – Leak Detector option it is possible to detect any refrigerant gas
leaks and act accordingly. It is possible to set the leak detector to obtain the
following behaviours:
In windows Ji31 and Ji32 it is possible to set the number of hourly and daily resets
of LowSH (low overheating), LOP (low operating pressure) and MOP (high
operating pressure) alarms. The threshold and delay settings are found in menu
III.1.10 EEV.
If the card remains off for longer than the time set in screen Ji33, the next time the
unit is turned on it will remain off, a warning will appear informing you of the need

Liquid level alarm
III.1.9.13
Alarm offline
III.1.9.14
Turbocor compressor alarm
III.1.9.15
Refrigerant leak alarm (LDK option)
NO ACTION: the detector opens the contact for refrigerant detection
but the electronic board performs no action;
ALARM ONLY: upon opening the detector contact, the electronic
board triggers the alarm and blocks the circuits;
STOP WITH PUMPDOWN: upon opening the contact, if the circuits
are on in cooling mode, they are stopped performing a pump-down
(operating period with thermostat valve closed) to push the refrigerant
into the coils.
STOP/RESTART WITH PUMPDOWN: upon opening the contact, the
circuits that are on in cooling mode are switched off with pump-down
procedure, while those that are off or on in heating mode are activated
in cooling mode then turned off performing the pump-down.
Action to be taken upon detection of the refrigerant leak
1
Pressure threshold at which the pumpdown is interrupted and the
2
compressors are turned off
Off dwell time of compressors in case of switching off and subsequent
3
restart in cooling mode
Minimum work time of compressors after which pumpdown is performed. If
4
the compressors are switched back on for operating mode change, with a
time equal to 0 the circuit switches on without opening the thermostat valve.
