Control Box Fitting onto Mounting Shank
Should you experience any clearance issues
trying to mount the control box to the mounting
shank, you will need to contact Moen Consumer
Support at 1-800-BUY-MOEN and order the
optional Wall Mount Service Kit (SKU #177566).
Electronic Startup
Should you encounter any issue with your
MotionSense electronics, review the
troubleshooting section found in the instruction sheets included with
your unit. If you no longer have your instructions, they can be viewed as well
as downloaded at moen.com. Moen Consumer Support can also assist you at
1-800-BUY-MOEN.
Cleaning
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild liquid soap or glass
cleaner. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasives and
cleaning pads or sponges not specifically designed for
polished surfaces.
Changing Batteries*
When the blue LED indicator at the base of the spout
flashes repeatedly for ten (10) seconds, your batteries
are low. Open the lid on the battery holder to replace
your six (6) AA batteries. [Battery life is approximately
one (1) year.]
