Open the Sheet Eject Strap assembly, as shown in Figure 2-2.

Release the Punch Arm retaining levers down and to the side, as shown
in Figure 2-2.

Unlock the Die: turn the Die Lock knob clockwise until a "click" is felt,
as shown in Figure 2-2. Do not turn past that point or you will lock the
Die again.
