SALAMI, SUN-DRIED TOMATO,
Salami is Italian for "cold cuts". You can use a combination of different
6 slices salami (finocchiona, Toscana are two of my favorites)

Brush each slice of bread on one side with olive oil. Spread one type of each pesto

HAM, CHESTNUT HONEY MUSTARD

1 Tbsp. Fresh Basil Pesto
unoiled side down, with second slice.
AND GOUDA PANINI
2 slices Italian country loaf or brioche
2 Tbsp. Chestnut Honey Mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 slices honey –baked ham
3 slices gouda
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
and toast until golden brown and warm.
