RICOTTA AND PRESERVED ORANGE
PANINI ON RAISIN BREAD
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 slices raisin bread
2 Tbsp. Preserved Orange Marmellata
2 Tbsp. ricotta
2 tsp. sugar

Brush each slice of bread with melted butter. Spread ricotta on one slice of bread,
oiled side down. Top with marmellata and second slice. Sprinkle each side of panini
with 1 tsp. sugar. Place panini sandwich on preheated grill and toast until golden
brown and warm.
