CONVERSION INSTRUCTIONS
4. Use the orifice removal tool (B) to remove
the side burner orifice (1.06) from the valve
and then install the NG orifice (1.44). See
Fig. 84 and 85.
IMPORTANT:
Check that the orifice is properly
installed inside of the valve.
5. Use the Allen wrench supplied with the grill
to loosen the control knob set screws and
then remove the control knobs from the
valve stems. Using the flathead screwdriver
supplied with the NG conversion kit, turn
the valve stem screw clockwise until it
stops. (Fig. 86)
IMPORTANT:
Make sure to completely tighten the
screws. Failure to tighten the screws will
result in an improper low heat setting.
