Ingredients
•
700 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
•
60g onions, finely sliced
•
1 garlic clove, peeled
•
1 knob of butter
•
1 tbsp cornmeal
•
2 tbsp mascarpone
•
50 cl vegetable stock cube
•
2 tbsp grated parmesan
•
Salt and pepper
Method
Dissolve the cornmeal in water. Then place all of the ingredients,
except the grated parmesan, into the jug. Select the Creamy soup
setting by pressing the Settings button, then press the ON/OFF
button.
Finish with grated parmesan.
