The screws must be changed during each disassembly / assembly
(thread locking glue on the locking pin (blue color))
The C8++ swivel is supplied by default with its disassembly /
assembly tool. Available without tools on request.
Only screws supplied by
the company CLiC-iT are
authorized for mounting
the swivel. The swivel
uses a specific screw
and is not
interchangeable.
Control
Before each use, check the presence and correct positioning of the safety screws.

Assembly
Only mount in a suitable place
where you can easily avoid
losing the screws from the
opening ring. Make sure the 4
screws are present before
and after each assembly /
disassembly. The two screws
prevent the opening of the
system. If one of the screws
is missing, the C8++ swivel
must not be used, in this case
contact CLiC-iT
support. Tighten the screw
securely. The C8++ swivel is
locked only if the latch is
closed and the screws are
fully tightened. Charging the
C8++ in any other way is
dangerous and can reduce its
resistance, for example when
the screws are not fully
tightened. The C8++ swivel
must only be opened in
exceptional circumstances
(eg when the textile strap is
worn and needs
replaced).
The 2 screws must
not protrude.
