1. First, put on the provided support bandage. The support bandage is closed at
the front. If you put it on correctly, the bandage is wrapped around your body
at waist height (see Fig. 1).
2. The BORT DorsoFX back brace which was adapted to your needs by your
orthopedic technician, is put on from the back to the front. Ensure that the up-
per braces are positioned just below the armpit and the straps are not twisted
(see Fig. 2).
Tip: Wear a tight-fitting shirt or T-shirt under your orthopedic aid. This increa-
ses wearing comfort.
3. First, close the lower tensioning strap at the hip to secure the corset and pre-
vent it from slipping out of place.
4. Close the chest strap and check again for correct positioning (braces below the
armpits). (see Fig. 4).
Tip: Ensure that no creases form between your shirt and the corset to prevent
pressure sores.
