Ist der Heizkessel richtig plaziert, werden die Schwingungsdämpfer unterlegt. Dazu wird der Kessel mit einem
Hebezeug einseitig ca. 5 cm angehoben. Anschliessend wird die eine Hälfte der Schwingungsdämpfer-
Elemente unterlegt, wobei die Elemente stirnseitig bündig mit dem Grundrahmen abschliessen müssen. Es ist
auch darauf zu achten, dass die Elemente mit der inneren Seite des Grundrahmens bündig sind (siehe Schnitt
A-A). Der Kessel kann nun vorsichtig auf die Elemente abgesenkt werden. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite
werden jetzt die restlichen Schwingungsdämpfer mit dem gleichen Vorgehen unterlegt.
Anschliessend kann mit der Montage der wasser- und rauchgasseitigen Verbindungsleitungen begonnen wer-
den.
Achtung! Beim Füllen des Kessels ist eine zusätzliche Einfederung von 3-5 mm zu erwarten.

s'assurer que les plots sont alignés avec la partie intérieure du châssis de base (A-A). La chaudière peut être
alors abaissée avec précaution sur les plots. Sur le côté opposé, les autres plots sont placés selon le même
schéma.
On peut ensuite commencer avec le montage des conduites côté connexion d'eau et côté fumées.
Attention! Une fois la chaudière remplie, elle s'abaisse de 3-5 mm.
When the boiler has been placed correctly, the vibration dampers are put underneath it. To do this, the boiler is
lifted by approx. 5 cm on one side using a hoisting device. Next, half of the vibration damper elements are
placed underneath, and the elements must lie flush with the base frame at the front. In addition, make sure that
the elements are flush with the inner side of the base frame (A-A). The boiler can now be carefully lowered onto
the elements. The remaining vibration dampers are now placed underneath the opposite side of the boiler in the
same way.
Afterwards, you can start installing the connection tubes on the water and flue gas side.
Attention! Once the boiler is filled up, it will come down by further 3-5 mm.
Una volta che la caldaia è sistemata correttamente, vengono inseriti gli antivibranti. A tale scopo la caldaia vie-
ne sollevata su un lato di circa 5 cm con un apparecchio di sollevamento. In seguito viene inserita la prima metà
degli elementi antivibranti, nel qual caso gli elementi sul lato frontale devono terminare a raso con il telaio di
base. Bisogna inoltre fare attenzione che gli elementi siano a raso rispetto al lato interno del telaio di base (vedi
sezione A-A). Ora la caldaia può essere abbassata con cautela sugli elementi. Ora gli antivibranti rimanenti
possono essere inseriti sul lato opposto, seguendo la stessa procedura.
In seguito si può iniziare con il montaggio delle tubazioni di collegamento lato acqua e lato gas combusto.
Attenzione! La caldaia, una volta riempita, si abbassa ulteriormente di 3-5 mm.
