Possible Reason
The
cord
disconnected or
broken circuit.
The device could
not
detect
signals.

Finger or foot
misplaced in the
sensor

Solution
is
Check the probe to see if the light
source is blinking red light. If not,
either the connection cord or the
sensor is malfunctioning. Please
replace or repair the cord or/and
the sensor.
Misplaced finger or foot in the
sensor for a period could lead to
undetected SpO2 or pulse rate
signals. Turn off the devices, place
the finger or the foot securely in
the sensor, and turn on the device
again.

Replace the Velcro every 2-3
weeks depending on user scenario.
Replace finger or secured foot
wrap.
Secure finger or foot in the sensor.
Light from other sources may
affect the sensor and the reading
signals.
Try to stabilize the measuring site
