OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT
- Connect the black lead to "COM" and the red to the V / Ω input.
- Set the selector switch in the desired range, V - - - or V ~ and connect the
probes. The polarity of the red lead will be indicated with the value of DC voltage
(- - -)
- When it appears in the display "1" we are in an overload situation, you will need
to select a higher range.
CURRENT MEASUREMENT
- Connect the black lead to the COM jack and red tip mA up to 200mA. To a 20A
maximum, move the red lead to the 20A jack.
- Set the selector switch in the desired range A - - - or A ~ and connect the points
in series with the load at which the current will be measured.
- When it appears in the display "1" we are in an overload situation, you will need
to select a higher range.
RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT
- Connect the black lead to the COM jack and the red to the V / Ω (Note: the red
tip polarity is "+").
- Set the selector dial to Ω position and connect it to the ends of the resistance
to be measured.
NOTE: If the resistance being measured exceeds the maximum value of the
selected range "1" appears in the display.
- When checking a circuit resistance, be careful that it is de-energized and the
capacitors are fully discharged.
