The use of Proper Protective
Equipment is recommended
when performing maintenance.
1. Unscrew hose
nut (PDI803) and
remove the hose.
Unscrew injection
stem assembly
nut (PDI702)
and pull down
on the injection
stem assembly
to detach from
the blue body,
and set aside.

Place new o-ring (8J040) on new
isolation body (PDI786). Insert
plunger (PJDI152) through new
isolation body and
attach to lower
body by holding the
plunger and turning
1/4 of a turn
clockwise to lock.
Now, remove locking nut (PDI746) and locking ring

(PDI751). Push white injection stem (PDI973U) up
from the bottom of the assembly and replace o-ring
(JDI122). Loosen the adjusting nut to expose the
injection sleeve, then replace o-ring (JDI100).
Insert injection stem (PDI973U) back into
sleeve make sure to align the grooves in the stem
with keys in the sleeve, and push all the way in
until it stops. Screw the adjusting nut back up.
6. Place the locking ring (PDI751) and
rotate until the keys align with the
grooves on the stem.
Screw locking nut
(PDI746) back on
stem. Insert the new
check valve
assembly (PJDI117)
into the bottom of
stem and screw the
check valve nut
(PDI747) back on.
Cut 1" off from the top of the suction

hose to ensure a tight fit, make sure
to cut in a straight
line. Attach the
hose and the
hose nut
(PDI803)
back onto
the unit.

2. Remove plunger (PJDI152) and
isolation body (PDI786) together, by
PDI702
holding the plunger and giving it 1/4
turn counter clockwise to unlock,

unscrew the
check valve nut

the bottom of the blue body and screw

back on.
