Injection Seal Kit

This kit contains:
(1) JDI106 Plunger seal
(1) PDI550 Injection
sleeve key
(1) J051 Check valve
seal
(1) MPDI122 Check valve
assembly
(1) JDI092 (1) JDI092 Injection
stem o-ring
(1) P169 Check valve
barb
(1) 8J026 Injection
sleeve

Unscrew the check
valve barb (P169),
remove the check
valve seal (J051),
unscrew the locking
nut (P168), remove
the anti-lock ring
(P189), and remove
the check valve
assembly (MPDI122)
from the stem.
4. Unscrew and remove
the adjusting sleeve
(PDI549). With the
help of a small flat
head screwdriver
PDI550
remove the plastic
injection sleeve key
(PDI550) located
inside the lower part
of the injection sleeve
(PDI538). Remove the
injection stem (PDI534)
from the bottom of
the injection sleeve
(PDI538). Replace the
injection stem o-ring
(JDI106) and injection
sleeve o-ring (8J026).

Check
valve seal
We recommend cleaning all parts with warm
soapy water and a toothbrush before installing
the new parts.
Water normally lubricates the parts, but you may
use silicone on the o-ring to facilitate insertion.
Check valve may be taken apart and cleaned in
between maintenance to remove particles.
CAUTION: Parts may contain
STOP
concentrated chemicals. The use of
Proper Protective Equipment is recom-
mended when performing maintenance.
Insert the injection

the bottom part of
the injection sleeve
(PDI538). Make sure

flat head screwdriver
install the new

plastic injection sleeve
key (PDI550) all

injection sleeve
(PDI538). Thread the

adjusting nut (PDI549)
onto the injection
sleeve (PDI538) until
PDI534
it reaches the top of
the scale.
To ensure hose is air-tight, you may choose to
carefully cut the top of hose before reinserting.
REMEMBER TO RESET YOUR INJECTION
RATE TO THE PROPER RATIO

Instructions
(Parts included in kit noted in blue)
1.
Unscrew
suction hose
nut (P153)
and remove
suction
hose.
2.
Unscrew and
remove injection
stem assembly
(CDDI067).
NOTE: If the
adjusting sleeve
(PDI549) starts
to unscrew,
tighten the lock-
ing nut (P168)
at the bottom
and the injection
stem assembly
will unscrew.
Using tools could damage the
plunger and affect the injection rate
6.
Reinstall the anti-
lock ring (P189)
and the locking nut
(P168). Insert new
check valve
assembly
(MPDI122) into
the injection stem
with the cone
pointing out.
Position the check
valve seal (J051)
onto the new
check valve barb
(P169) with the
groove facing up.
Thread the new
check valve barb.
7.
Replace the plunger
seal ( JDI106). Thread
the injection stem
assembly (CDDI067)
into the body. Slide
suction hose nut
CDDI067
(P153) onto the PDI549
suction hose,
reattached suction
hose onto check valve
barb and tighten suc-
tion hose nut (P153).
