Nice brand products are warranted by all pieces, parts and components against
any manufacturing defects for a period of 3 (three) months (legal warranty)
plus 9 (nine) months additional warranty, proven upon presentation of purchase
invoice product by the end consumer.
In the event of a possible problem with the product, it should be referred to an
authorized Nice Brasil distributor for this product line, and if a manufacturing
defect is found, repair at Nice Brasil's discretion may include replacement of
parts or plates with new or equivalent reconditioned. This product and replace-
ment parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original term.
The warranty will be void if any of the following occurs:
a) Failure to comply with the technical specifications of the product and recom-
mendations of the Installation Manual as to the conditions of application and
suitability of the installation location such as electrical voltage compatible with
the product, usage characteristics etc.
B) Damage is caused by accessories or equipment attached to the product.
c) Misuse has occurred, or if the product has undergone aesthetic and / or func-
tional alterations or modifications, as well as if it has been repaired by persons
or entities not accredited by Nice Brasil;
d) When damage to the product is caused by accidents, claims, natural agents
(lightning, flooding, landslides, etc.), moisture, mains voltage (under voltage
from accidents or excessive mains fluctuations), chemical or electromagnetic,
due to the natural wear of pieces, parts and components;
e) When there are failures in the normal operating of the product due to lack of
cleaning and excess residues, poor conservation, as well as due to the action
of animals (insects, rodents or domestic animals), or due to the existence of
objects inside, foreign its operation and intended use
f) Warranty certificate or serial / lot number are erased or with signs of tampe-
ring.
