5 HARDWARE INSTALLATION
5.2.6 Attach the rear routing guide on to the rear side wall plate (Figure 12).
5.2.7 Secure the guide with the provided #12-24 screw.
5.2.8 Attach all with a hand tool only. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
5.3 Installing and removing a Leviton Patch Deck Tray
5.3.1 Installation
5.3.1.1 With the label window installed, slide the tray into the target deck position
slide rails. The tray release lever will engage at the front stop point.
5.3.1.2 Press the tray release lever as shown and slide the tray rearward until the
label window stop tab meets the deck side walls (Figure 13).

CAUTION:
Each patch deck tray has a stop point at the fully opened and closed positions.
Forcing a tray past these points may damage the deck and locking tabs.
5.3.2 Removal of trays from the front
5.3.2.1 Slide the target tray forward. The tray release lever will engage at the front
stop point.
5.3.2.2 Open the label window, press the tray release lever and slide the
tray forward.
