Deinstallation

You can easily remove vrDIALOG/2 and vrDIALOG 810/2
from your computer via the control panel.
• Click on Start > Settings > Control Panel > Software.
• Search through the Change or remove programs list
for the entry vrDIALOG/2 or vrDIALOG 810/2.
• Click on the entry and then on the Change/Remove
button.
• Click on the Next button in the deinstallation window
with the query about automatic deinstallation and on
Finished in the next window.
Note!

The programme directory is retained with the
folders and their configuration files and reports
after the deinstallation. You may have to delete
it manually.

12 Warranty

We would like to point out that it is not possible to devel-
op data processing programmes which are error free for
all application conditions.

Vaillant guarantees that the Vaillant programmes
vrDIALOG/2 and vrDIALOG 810/2 correspond largely
to the applicable programme description.

A negligible reduction in usability remains out of
consideration.
Vaillant guarantees that the original programme has
been recorded properly on the tested data media.
If the vrDIALOG/2 or vrDIALOG 810/2 programme turns
out to be unusable in accordance with paragraph 1 or er-
roneous in accordance with paragraph 2 within a 6-
month period of warranty, beginning with the delivery of
the programme to the purchaser, the delivered pro-
gramme package is taken back by Vaillant and replaced
with a new programme of the same designation. If this
programme also turns out to be unusable or erroneous,
the purchaser or user has the right either to have the
purchase price reduced or to return the vrDIALOG/2 or
vrDIALOG 810/2 programme and have the purchase
price refunded as desired.
There is no extended warranty. In particular there is no
guarantee that the programme meets the specific re-
quirements of the purchaser or user. The purchaser
alone is responsible for the selection, installation and
utilisation as well as the intended results.
