Installing External Speaker
When and where to use:External Speaker (Motorola Solutions part number AC000240A01_) cable
connects to a 16-pin MAP connector kit (Motorola Solutions part number HLN9457_).
Procedure:
1 Connect two lead of wires with crimped contact to Pin 16 (Speaker +) and Pin 1 (Speaker-).
Polarity is not important.
2 Connect Pin 15 (GPIO_9) to Pin 7 (Ground) for external speaker detection.
3 Plug the 16-pin MAP connector kit to the center of Rear Mobile Accessory Port (MAP)
Connector.
