this product is not intended for use as a regular pacifier or
teething device. the child should be supervised at all times
while using this product. after monitoring the temperature,
the pacifier should be removed.
Warning—do not tie the pacifier around child's neck as it
presents a strangulation danger.
Instructions for use
Before each use, wash the nipple with mild soap and warm
water, rinse and inspect thoroughly for cracks or damage.
Never use boiling water or harsh chemicals to clean this
pacifier; this product is NOT dishwasher safe.
1. Remove the clear cover and press the black power button
to turn the unit on.
2. The unit will beep twice and perform a self-test, the
display window showing 188.8˚F for approximately two
seconds. The previous temperature reading will then be
displayed for approximately three seconds; if there is no
previous reading, the display will show H°F.
3. Place the pacifier nipple in the child's mouth. The unit will
display L˚F until it reaches a 90.0˚F temperature, followed
by the steadily increasing temperature as the
measurement proceeds. The reading will take
approximately 90 seconds.
4. The unit will sound two beeps at the end of the
measurement.
5. If the child's temperature is above 99.9˚F, the "Twinkle
Twinkle Little Star" lullaby will play to soothe the child.
6. To monitor any fluctuations in temperature readings, keep
the pacifier thermometer in the child's mouth for
additional readings at approximately five-minute

7. Turn the pacifier off by pressing the black power button.
This product features an automatic shut-off function that
activates after approximately 30 minutes of operation. The
battery is sealed for your child's safety and cannot be
changed. The display will flash = if the battery is low, the
entire unit must be replaced when the battery is low or
expires.
8. Wash the unit and store with the clear plastic cover intact.
Keep from direct sunlight. Immediately discontinue use if the
nipple shows signs of damage or wear.

The warrantor guarantees that its Digital Pacifier Thermometer will be
free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of one
year from the date of purchase subject to the following terms and
conditions.
This warranty covers only normal use, and does not apply to use in any
clinical or commercial applications. This warranty does not cover
batteries or other power sources that may be provided with or used with
the Digital Thermometer. This warranty is voided if the Digital Pacifier
Thermometer product is misused or abused in any manner.
If the Digital Pacifier Thermometer fails to operate during the duration of
the warranty, return it postage prepaid along with a copy of the original
dated purchase receipt and $3.00 for return shipping and insurance to:
Repair Department, 1175 Lakeside Drive, Gurnee, IL 60031. Include a
brief description of the problem, contact information and return
shipping address. The warrantor will repair or replace the defective unit
at the option of the warrantor. Repair or replacement of the defective
unit, at the warrantor's option, is the sole remedy under this warranty.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH THE PURCHASER MAY HAVE ARE
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TIME THAT THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER
PURCHASER OWNS THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow limitations
or how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.
This warranty constitutes the warrantor's only responsibility and
obligation to repair and/or replace materials or components, or refund
the purchase price. The warrantor will not be responsible for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or other
loss, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of other property or
equipment and personal injuries, whether to purchaser or others. The
warrantor shall in no event be liable to the purchaser for any amount in
excess of the cost of repair and/or replacement of the unit, or the
purchase price of the unit. Some states do not allow the exclusive or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
