Operating the PadPak converter

After completing all required actions as stipulated in section
3.2 "Turning the Converter On" the PadPak material can
be produced, using the following modes:.
It is not permitted to make a Pad shorter
than 20 cm because this increases the
risks of paper jams and additional risk

3.5.1 Combined manual/foot mode
Setting the machine on stand-by.

The accompanying light starts burning.
>
The display shows the length of the Pad
in centimeters.
>
Remote 1+2: Press cut button to cut the Pad.
Remote 3: Press both cut buttons simultaneous
>
to cut the Pad.
To use the food pedal, press it down to produce a pad.
Release the food pedal to cut the pad. If the pad is not cut
press both cut buttons simultaneous to cut the Pad.
3.5.2 EDS-mode (Electronic Delivery System)
If the pad is removed, automatically a new one will be
produced.
To put the machine in the stand-by mode.
>
The display lamp will light with the previous
set length.
>
Flashing: You can enter a new length now
>
(max. 3 digits).
Entered length is stored in the memory (untill
manualy changed).
>
Pad is produced, after removing it a new pad
is made automatically.
Display shows code "000", remove the pad
>
and press "START".
Would U like a longer Pad; press, while producing a pad,
the foot pedal down to produce a pad. Release the foot
pedal to cut the pad. Remove the Pad and a new Pad will
be produced with previously set length.
If, through circumstances (emergency stop is activated,
stop / reset button pushed, door open) the converter
stops (the display shows "0"). Fix the cause (release the
emergency button, close doors), press "Stop/Reset",
select "eds" mode and press" START ". The converter will
continue to produce and cut the pad.
