1. Secure Vise Assemblies [06],[11],[12] to Brackets [03].
NOTE: Do not over-tighten the fasteners [11]. Vise assemblies [06] must
rotate freely arount the bolts [12].
2. Install Cross Tubes [04] and Arm Assembly [02].
NOTE: Be sure to center the arm assembly [02]. Tighten the fastener in the
vise assemblies [06] only enough to prevent the tubes [04] from moving.
