5. Installation and operation
5.1 Positioning and connection
Positioning
•
Unpack the device while on the pallet and remove all packing material.
•
Use a forklift to lift the device and move it to its destination. Remove the pallet and
put the device in its proper place.
•
Never pull or push the device around, as it can turn over and the body or legs can
be damaged.
•
Put the device in a safe place capable of supporting its weight.
•
Never place the device on a flammable surface.
•
Do not put the device near open flame, electric oven, heater or other source of
heat such as direct sunlight. High temperatures can have a negative impact on
the device's performance and increase energy usage.
•
Locate the device so that sufficient air circulation is ensured. Maintain a distance
of at least 5 cm from the rear of the device, 10 cm at the sides and 30 cm from
the ceiling and/or shelves.
•
Never cover the device's ventilation openings.
•
Do not locate the device in placed with high humidity. Excessive humidity
can damage the device.
•
Level the device using the legs.
•
Position the device in such a way that the plug is easily accessible for quick
disconnecting when required.
•
Remove the protective film from the device.
CAUTION!
Never remove the rating plate and any warning signs from the device.
