CHAPTER 8.0
8.1
FREE SPACES REQUIRED
For the unloading and possible assembly of the machine, the user should have at his disposal
an area with at least 1,5 m in addition to the dimensions of it. It should be easily reachable by the
transport car, considering possible capsizing or differences of level between the street surface
and the floor where the machine will be placed. This area should be easily reachable even for
suitable lifting devices to the unloading and the subsequent assembly of the machine (we
recommend a travelling bridge crane or a crane truck equipped with a elevator trolley).
The area where the machine will be unloaded and assembled, should be completely indoors,
illuminated, ventilated and having three-pole power supply cable at 230 V or 380 V (depending on
the version) with neutral wire (if feed at 380 V) and earthing.
Besides, it should be placed as near as possible to the area of the installation of the machine.
The placement (and possible assembly) of the machine and its installation require a particular
and special manufacturer's know-how so, these operations are carried out by skilled technicians.
8.2
USER'S ARRANGEMENTS

See also Chapter 5.0 "Technical Characteristics and Overall Dimensions and Chapter 6.0 "
Proper and Improper Use of the Machine".
8.3
EARTHING SYSTEM
The earthing of the machine's metal structures is assured by insulated wires connected to the
earth bar of the panel.
When carrying out the earthing make sure that the operation is in compliance with the CEI 64-
8 Regulation.
In every installation used, the earthing protection of every part of the system and all the earthing
circuit operation of the equipments used have to be carried out by connecting the involved parts
to a unique earthing system.
Check if all the materials used for the earthing system have a suitable solidity or mechanical
protection.
Carry out the main earthing connection as soon as possible making sure that the earth wires are
not exposed to mechanical stress or corrosion risks.
