TECHNICAL INFORMATION
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The bratt pan, referred to from now on as the appli-
ance, is designed and constructed for preparing
and cooking foods in the professional catering sec-
tor.

Main Parts
A)Well lid
B)Cooking well: in iron 191BR1GA-291BR1GA or
stainless steel 191BR2GA-291BR2GA or com-
pound 191BR3GA-291BR3GA.
C)Fume exhaust vent (Type A): for removal of the
fumes generated by the burner
D)Adjustable water spout: directs the flow of water
E)Inspection slit: for checking that the pilot light is lit.
F) Burner control knob: lights and turns off the relative
burner and pilot light.
G)Control knob: turns the appliance's electricity sup-
ply on and off and sets the heating temperature.
H)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is receiving
electrical power.
L) Temperature light: indicates that heating of the
well is in progress.
M)Well filling switch: for filling the cooking well with
water.
N)Gas supply connection: for connection of the gas
supply
The appliance is produced in several versions to
meet varying user requirements (see diagram).
