ESPRESSO
Espresso is much richer and tastier coffee than
ordinary filter coffee. When this appliance is
used correctly, you will obtain a creamy, dark
and tasty espresso. Simply follow the
instructions and use fresh, well roasted and
pre-ground espresso coffee.
Espresso or cappuccino coffees are not
prepared in the same way as ordinary filter
coffees. One of the main differences lies in the
fact that the water is boiled before being forced
through the ground coffee. This means that the
espresso machine operates under pressure
and requires particular attention.
WARNING – HOT
Do not unscrew the boiler cap during the
preparation. Let the pressure escape. Refer to
the "WARNING – PRESSURE" section.
