Probable causes

Solutions
use more coarsely ground
coffee
clean it with a brush
clean the appliance when cold
Descale the appliance
clean them with hot water
use more coarsely ground

remove any excess ground

put it back into place and lock it

follow the rinsing instructions
Knob onto
close the
knob for 2 minutes
