Chocolate mint Christmas trees

Puff pastry sheet, thawed, rolled to
approx. 10 inch x 15 inch

Egg, beaten
2 ½ oz Cream cheese
2 oz
Mint chocolate, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Powdered sugar
Decoration: Garnish with melted dark
chocolate glaze, allow to dry.

1. Prepare the dough, form the trees, and brush
them with egg (refer to instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 10 min. on the middle rack of
the oven; preheated to 400°F. Remove from
oven and cool slightly, then break trees apart.
3. Mix cream cheese, chocolate and powdered
sugar. Portion filling in the middle of half of
the trees, sandwich them together.
Tip: Serve with black tea (e.g. Earl Grey).
