Prior to first use

Remove all packaging parts and clean the product
according to the cleaning instructions.
Instructions
1. Roll the desired pastry dough on a piece of parchment
paper to approx. 1/8 inch thickness. Place it on a clean,
flat surface and dust it well with flour. Dust the Christmas
Roller with flour as well.
2. Place the Christmas Roller at the edge of the dough.
Cut the dough by using firm pressure, while slowly
rolling over it. Repeat this process one row at the time.
Chef's note: Observe the arrow markings on the side
of the roller. For optimum cutting results, the arrow
must point downwards at the beginning of each
cutting cycle.
3. Brush the tree trunk segments with a little beaten egg,
then fold them over and press down firmly.
4. Brush the entire trees with a little beaten egg. Bake
in the oven according to the recipe instructions. After
baking remove the baking sheets, cool slightly, then
break the trees apart, cool them completely on a
nonstick cooling rack.
5. Portion the filling in the middle of each tree. Sandwich
two trees together – ensure that they will stand up.
Tip: Use a piping bag to portion the filling evenly.
6. Decorate them according to the recipe instruction or
your own desire.
Tips & Tricks:
• For best cutting results, keep the rolled dough sheets
in the freezer for about 15 min.
• Cut the cold dough quickly to ensure best shape.
Cleaning
Do not use scouring agents or steel wool to clean the
Christmas Roller. The Christmas Roller is not dishwasher
safe. Hand wash in a mild soap solution with warm
water. Hand dry with a dishtowel or air dry. Keep away
from children.
