B) Activating UV Plus
If on the Combi Master a mode or on the
SelfCooking Center a cooking process is
selected and the door is closed, then
- the suction runs on level 1 (reduced suction).
- when opening the cabinet door automatically
level 2 (max. suction) is activated.
- when closing the cabinet door again, auto-
matically level 1 (reduced suction) is

Risk of burning!
Parts may become hot. Fat filter and UV Plus must
be cooled down for cleaning.
Warning
The top cover of the UV Plus may not be used for
storing any parts. Parts can fall down.
- Ensure that the extractor vent opening is not
clogged.
- Ensure when taking the UV Plus out of function for
a longer period of time, or during cleaning, that it
is disconnected from mains.
Cleaning:
Output: - Clean the filters and the area behind the filters at
300-360W least once a week.

When cleaning/removing the filters and the area
behind the filters use a stable footing and observe
the coresponding accident prevention regulation.
When not cleaning the filters regularly there is a
danger of fire.
C 1) Removeing Fat filter resp. pre filter which is
active.
- Loose the fixing of the right filter with a screw
driver. Pic. 17
- Push the grease filter upwards (first right filter)
- Pull the grease filter forward at the bottom and
remove from the UV Plus.
- Can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Reverse procedure to reassemble.
D) Filter system
On the front side of the UV Plus there are 3 LED's
drei Leuchtdioden.
- The LED with the arrow facing down switches on
in case the pre filter is dirty (pre filter is located
behind the fat filter)
- The LED with the arrow facing upwards switches
on in case the main filter is dirty (main filter
is on top side of the UV Plus)
- LED Error switches on in case pre and/or mainfil-
ters is not installed
The pre as well as the main filter must changed in
case they are dirty. They can not be cleaned
