4.1 The most important features of

• The roasting surface is comprised of two
zones, front and rear. For more
information, refer to "Technical data".
• The roasting surface consists of 2 layers
of stainless steel with a layer of aluminium
between them. It has a high thermal
capacity, which prevents temperatures
from quickly decreasing (e.g. when you
prepare meat directly from the
refrigerator).
• Each TeppanYaki roasting surface is
unique because it is handmade by
grinding specialists. Differences in the
grinding patterns are normal and do not
affect the operation of the appliance.
• The groove around the edge:

the appliance, which enables you to
install it in different types of kitchen
worktops.
