1/ KNEADING / MIXING / CHOPPING
Fit the metal blade (d) (remove the blade protector) on the drive (c) and turn it until it locks.
• Place the assembly on the central shaft of the bowl (b3).
• Put the ingredients in the bowl (b3).
• Place the lid (b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it anticlockwise until you hear a "click".
• Start the appliance.
Preparations
• Mixing
You can mix 800 g of light dough (biscuits, pound cake) in 1 min. 30 to 2 min 20, on speed 2.
• Kneading
You can knead up to 600 g of heavy dough (shortcake, short crust, bread) in 30 seconds, on
speed 2.
Warning: Stop the appliance as soon as you see the dough form a ball.
• Chopping
You can chop 150 to 300 g of food in 15 to 20 seconds, on speed 2: hard products (cheese,
dried fruit), hard vegetables (carrots, celery etc.), soft vegetables (onions, spinach, etc.), raw
and cooked meat (boned, with gristle removed and diced), raw or cooked fish.
Do not chop products that are too hard (ice, sugar) or that need to be finely ground (wheat,
coffee).
2/ LIQUIDISING
• Fit the metal blade (d) (remove the blade protector) on the drive (c) and turn it until it
locks.
• Place the blender system (h) on the drive (c).
• Then put the ingredients in the bowl (b3).
• Place the lid (b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it anticlockwise until you hear a "click".
• Start the appliance.
Preparations
• You can prepare up to 0.7 litres of soup, drink, pancake or waffle batter, on speed 2.
Warning
• Never pour boiling liquid into the bowl (b3).
• Maximum usage time: 2 minutes.
3/ BEATING / EMULSIFYING / WHISKING
• Fit the emulsifying disc (e) on the drive (c) and turn until it locks.
• Place the assembly on the central shaft of the bowl (b3).
• Put the ingredients in the bowl (b3).
• Place the lid (b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it towards the right until you hear a "click".
• Start the appliance.
Preparations
• You can prepare 1 to 4 egg whites and up to 0.2 litres of fresh cream on speed 2.
Warning
• Never use the emulsifier (e) to knead heavy dough or to mix light dough.
• Never use the blender system (h) with the emulsifier (e). Maximum usage time: 4 minutes.
4/ GRATING / SLICING:
• Insert the selected disc (f) into the disc holder (g), and introduce the drive shaft (c) as far as
possible through the disc (f); lock the assembly and position it on the motor unit outlet (a).
• Place the assembly on the central shaft of the bowl (b3).
• Place the lid (b2) on the bowl (b3) and turn it towards the right until you hear a "click".
