2.5 - MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING
Before cleaning, adjusting, repairing
and maintenance works, the power
cable must be unplugged.
Replace worn or damaged parts
immediately, so that the machine is
always in a safe operating condition.
Cleaning:
The machine must be carefully cleaned
after each use.
Do not use aggressive cleaning
products. These products may damage
plastics and metals, compromising the
safe operation of the machine.
Maintenance:
Only maintenance works described in
this instruction manual may be carried
out; all other works must be performed
by an official distributor.
Keep all the nuts and screws well
tightened in order to ensure a safe
operation.
If any components or safety devices are
removed for maintenance works, they
must be repositioned immediately.
The maintenance of machines with
double insulation requires an extreme
care and knowledge of their system,
and should only be performed by
a qualified technician.

the brand official technical service or
by qualified technicians and only with
original replacement parts.
3. ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 - AUXILIARY HANDLE
ASSEMBLY (FIG. B)
The auxiliary handle can be assembled
in to different positions, to better suit
the tool to the work and its user.
1. Insert the auxiliary handle screw
(3) into one of the fixing threads and
tighten the auxiliary handle clockwise;
3.2 - SUCTION HOSE AND
DUST BAG ASSEMBLY (FIG. C)
1. Insert the connecting accessory (12)
of the suction hose (10) in the dust bag
slot (14);
2. Adjust the hose fixation (11) in the
dust bag slot and insert the tabs on the
fixation holes;
3. Fit the hose connecting accessory
(13) in the dust outlet;
3.3 - VELCRO PAD
REPLACEMENT (FIG. D)
1. Insert the hex key (size 5) into the
velcro pad fixing screw;
Replacing 2. Hold firmly the velcro pad and rotate
the key counter clockwise to release the
fixing screw;
3. Remove the velcro pad and replace
it for a new one;
4. Make sure the pad is properly
docked in the rotating shaft. Hold
the pad and tighten the fixing screw
clockwise;
3.4 - PLACING AND REMOVING
THE SANDING DISC (FIG. E)
Do not use sanding discs larger than
the sander's technical specifications.
Sanding discs larger than the velcro
pad can cause obstructions, kickbacks
and accidents that can be harmful to
the user.
Choose the sanding disc (sandpaper)
according to the type of work you are
going to perform.
1. Remove the old sanding disc (18);
Remove half of the disc, hold the velcro
pad with the other hand and then pull
the rest.
2. Adjust the sanding disc over the
velcro pad (17);
The sanding disc holes must match the
velcro pad perforations. Otherwise,
the suction capacity decreases and
increases the formation of dust.
3. To attach the sandpaper disc to the
velcro pad, press over the entire area
of the disc;
4. OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
The sander is designed for sanding
plasterboard walls, ceilings and interior
walls, as well as for the removal
of carpet remains, paint remnants,
coatings, glue traces and loose plaster.
In addition, the sander can also be used
to sand the floor.
While operating the machine it is
