4.1 - STAR AND STOP (FIG. F)
The dust resulting from the
performed works might be
dangerous for your health. Always wear
a protective mask. Make sure the dust
bag is installed.
1. Before connecting the power cable
(7), make sure the "ON/OFF" switch
(19) is off;
2. Hold the sander with both hands,
one on the main handle (6) and the
other on the auxiliary handle (3);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch;
4. Lean the sander on the surface/
piece to be worked;
Make sufficient pressure to keep
the sanding plate fully seated on the
surface.
Perform
circular,
transversal
longitudinal movements.
5. To turn the sander off, release the
"ON/OFF" switch;
To use the sander in continuous mode:

Press
the
"ON/OFF"
and press the locking button (20)
simultaneously. Release the buttons
and use the sander with the "ON /
OFF" switch locked;
7. To turn the sander off, press the "ON
/ OFF" switch and release it;
When using the sander, keep the
following information in mind:
� Perform overlapping sweeps and
keep the sanding plate moving. Keeping
the sanding pad for long time in the
same area, can cause whipping and
sanding marks more than the expected;
� Do not apply too much pressure on
may
cause
the sander to avoid overload. To obtain
quality and good work performance,
choose an appropriate sandpaper
(material and grain) according to the
type of work and the desired result;
� Keep the safety devices, ventilation
openings, and motor housing as clean
as possible. Blow the engine with
compressed air every 5 hours.;
� The sander is not suitable to be used
on wet surfaces;
4.2 - ROTATION SPEED
REGULATION (FIG. G)
1. Before starting, place the rotation
speed regulator (21) in the lowest
speed to check the sanding plate
fixation and ensure a correct start;
2. If everything is functioning as
expected, rotate the rotating speed
regulator in accordance with the
surface and type of work to be
performed;
3. The rotating speed regulator allows
selecting 5 levels of speed (1-5). The

speed increases when rotating the
controller upwards and decreases
when rotating downwards;
4.3 - SANDING THE CORNERS
(FIG. H)
The sander has a removable attachment
switch
that makes it easier to use when you
want to sand the corners.
1. Press the fixing tab (22) of the
removable accessory (23) of the velcro
pad protection (17);
2. Remove the removable accessory;
3. Sand the corners with the part of the
velcro pad without protection;
4.4 - SUCTION POWER
REGULATION (FIG. I)
The regulation of the suction power
is performed on the suction power
regulator (9);
1. Rotate the regulator clockwise to
reduce and counter clockwise to
increase the suction power;
4.4 - LIGHT (FIG. J)
The sander has a light (4) that allows
operating in dark environments.
When pressing the "ON/OFF" switch
(19) the sander activates the light
automatically.
5. MAINTENANCE
INSTRUCTIONS
Before inspecting, carrying out any
maintenance or cleaning, turn the
sander off and disconnect the power
cord.
All maintenance and repairing works
that require the opening of the engine
housing can only be carried out by the
technical service department.
In case of an excessive spark formation,
ask for technical assistance.
5.1 - BRUSHES REPLACEMENT
(FIG. K)
The engine will not turn on when the
brushes are worn out. Brushes should
be replaced in good time; otherwise
imperfect contact will occur between
the brushes and the commutator,
resulting in sparks and damage to
the sander. The two brushes must
be replaced at the same time by two
brushes with the same characteristics.
1. Untighten the fixing screws (5)
and remove the brushes;
2. Install new brushes;
3. Place and tighten the fixing screws;
