service point, in order to have the rope replaced. It is prohibited to use the hoist with a damaged rope.
Every 200 cycles the rope must be lubricated, in order to protect it from corrosion. Place a small quantity of grease on a cloth and
spread it thoroughly on the whole length of the rope.
Every 1000 cycles check the condition of the hooks, and in case any damage, deformations or rust is detected, the hooks must
be replaced.
Every 1000 check the functioning of the braking mechanism. In case the hoist emits irregular during operation or while being
stopped or does not maintain the load, the device must be sent to an authorised service point to have it repaired. It is prohibited
to use the hoist with a damaged braking mechanism.
