1. Connect the appliance to a power source.
A long beep will sound, all indicators will
light for approximately 1 second and then
turn off. The

The appliance is now in standby mode.
2. Switch on the appliance

will flash red. The digits will also flash in
display B [3]. The displays
are permanently lit.
The desired operating parameters can
now be set.
Display A [2] shows the measured water
temperature, display B [3] shows the
desired temperature or time.
3. Set temperature
Set the desired temperature. Use the
buttons to increase the temperature or the
buttons to decrease the temperature.
Display B [3] shows the set temperature.
The temperature range is between 30 °C and
95 °C. The temperature changes by 0.1 °C
each time the two buttons are pressed.
Pressing and holding the
will advance the displayed values faster.
4. Set the time
After setting the temperature, press the
button to enter the "Time" setting mode.
Set the desired cooking time:
Press the
button to increase or
decrease cooking time.
Display B [3] shows the set time.
First the hours are set (both digits on the left
of the hour display flash); by pressing the
button again confirms the input and the
minutes can now be set (both digits on the
right of the minutes display flash).
The time can be adjusted between zero
(00:00) and 99 hours and 59 minutes (99:59).
The time changes by 1 minute each time the
two buttons are pressed.

Remove the mains plug from the socket and
carefully remove the cooked food.
Let the Sous Vide Cooker cool down
completely.
Loosen the fixing clamp and lift the
Sous Vide Cooker from the pot using the
handle provided.
Press and hold the
approximately 2 seconds, the appliance will
switch off and enter Standby mode.
