Cooking with the
Sous Vide Cooker
Check temperature / time during use and
change if necessary
To check and change the set temperature and
time during use, press the
The button display flashes red and the set
value in the display flashes.
Set the desired temperature with the
or button.
To enter the time setting mode, press the
button again and select the desired time with
or button.
After completing the setting, press the
button. The corresponding display will light
continuously and the appliance will operate
based on the new operating parameters.
When making changes the process must be
completed within 5 seconds for each setting
(temperature and time).
After entering the setting mode, if you decide
not to make any changes, do not press any
button for 5 seconds. This deactivates the
change process and the appliance will continue
to operate with the last confirmed parameters.
During use, press the
cooking.
Press the button again to return the
Sous Vide Cooker to its original operating
parameters.

Change the unit of temperature
To change between degree Celsius (°C) or
degree Fahrenheit (°F) press the
approx. 2 seconds.
The desired unit of temperature is shown on
the display.
Parameter Reset function
The Sous Vide Cooker has a parameter
reset function.
When the appliance is disconnected from
the power supply, the default settings
for Temperature "50°C" and time "5:00"
are displayed.
Memory function
The appliance has a memory function.
After being switched on the appliance
operates according to the last set values for
temperature and time, regardless of whether it
was switched off accidentally or intentionally.
