Check that the machine is in good condition, paying special attention to the
moving parts. If any anomaly is detected, contact the distributor from whom
the product was purchased.
• Select a location to install the machine. It is recommended the mincing
machine is placed on a rigid and horizontal surface in order to avoid
oscillations and vibrations during operation. The machine must be installed
in a location away from moisture and heat sources as well as areas with
inflammable material.
• Before connecting the machine to the electricity supply, check that the
voltage indicated on the machine corresponds to the voltage of the local
electricity network.
• Clean the head with water and detergent suitable for domestic use.
Thoroughly dry before use.
REMEMBER
All the Head components must be disassembled for cleaning. See section
4.1.2. Assembling the Head and 5. Cleaning.
