5.1. General advises
Unplug the socket from the power supply before cleaning the machine.
All the head components must be disassembled for cleaning.

5.1.1. Cleaning the head

Clean all accessories that may come into contact with food:
• Only clean by hand since the accessories are not suitable for
dishwashers.
• Use hot water and detergent suitable for domestic use with foods.
• Dry the parts throughly before continuing to use the machine.
REMEMBER
The blade is very sharp.
