4.1. Assembling the machine and starting up for
the first time

4.1.1. Assembling the machine

• Position the Gear motor on the selected installation surface (see section
2. Before installation) in such a way that it is completely stable and there is
no way it can fall from the work surface (e.g. due to vibrations or the power
cable catching) or come into contact with water. Vibrations are normal when
the machine is in use.
• Unscrew the Stainless steel screws on the Gear motor's cover (Figure 5).
• Position the head spindle so that it fits into the groove on the Gear motor's
output axis (Figure 5 point 1).
• Fit the head spindle to the Gear motor's output axis.
• Fit and tighten the Stainless steel screws on the cover to the stud bolts on
the Gear motor.
