4.3. In case of fault

4.3.1. If the motor is blocked due to an obstruction of
foods
• Hold the switch in the R position, which will make the motor work in reverse.
This way, the motor will run backwards. So, it can continue processing food
pressing the switch on the ON position.
• If the motor cannot be unblocked in this manner, proceed to disassemble
the headstock in order to remove the food is obstructing the outlet port and
clean the machine as described in paragraph 5. Cleaning.
4.3.2. If the power cable is damaged or if defects are
observed on the machine's parts
• Immediately disconnect the machine by turning the switch to the 0 position.
• If it is not possible to do this without danger, remove the power plug from
the socket.
• Have the service agent repair the defects before the machine is used
again.
