IMPORTANT REMARKS
1. The Anti-Bark Spray Collar™ is not a toy. Keep it away from the reach of children. Use it
only for its bark stopping purpose.
2. The Innotek® Anti-Bark Spray Collar™ must be used only on healthy dogs. We recommend that
you take your dog to a veterinarian before using the collar if he is not in good health.
3. Your Anti-Bark Spray Collar™ is splash proof but not completely watertight. Remove it before
letting your dog go for a swim.
4. Keep the device clean at all times. Do not immerse it in water when cleaning. Simply use a dry
cloth to wipe away dirt. You may lightly brush with an old toothbrush if dirt accumulated in
front of the microphone grid.
5. Do not leave your device unattended where your dog could get a hold of it and damage it
through chewing.
6. Always make sure that the batteries you are using are still adequate to operate the device.
The device requires 6-volt alkaline batteries, easily available from Innotek®. You may also use
longer-life lithium batteries.
7. The microphone is calibrated so it won't be activated by nearby sounds. However, the barking
of another dog at close range could cause the device to spray.
8. Never fi ll the Anti-Bark Spray Collar™ with any other substance than the one provided by
the manufacturer. Using another substance, as well as opening the device, will void the
manufacturer's warranty.
9. Always make sure that you are not mistakenly trying to fi ll the reservoir through the
microphone opening. This would damage the device.
10. If your dog tries to take off the device, a harness can be used instead of the collar provided in
the kit.
11. The hypo-allergenic spray can is a pressurized container. Do not pierce it, heat it or dispose of
it in a fi re as it may explode.
12. Do not expose the device neither to freezing temperatures nor to conditions warmer than
45°C. Be particularly careful not to leave the device in direct sunlight, either by a window or in a
car on a summer day, etc. Never leave the device in a car where the device can heat up to very
high temperatures.
13. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. This will invalidate the warranty and make
repairing more diffi cult.
