Install as below:
1. Make a hole in the wall according to the template.
Recommended depth of the lamp is 300-800 mm down from the
pool edge.
2. Fit the pouring tube with the supplied fastening ring and screw from
the inside of the pool (see sketch).
The cavity should be fixed or relieved to avoid breaking in the pool
frame.
3. Fix self-adhesive packing onto flange.
4. Fit the plug to the rear of the injection pipe. If o-ring is used,
no other seal is required.
5. Fit the cable lead (or cable pipe art. no.12330) into the plug.
Use the supplied o-ring and make sure it is facing in the right
place. No additional seal required.
6. Fit the pool matter according to the supplier's instructions
and start water filling.
7. When water is about 5 cm below the flange cut a small
cross in the pool matter in the hole center.
8. Fit the packing and seal with 6 screws.
9. Trim the liner below the sealing inside edge.
10. Pull the cable through the cable duct and pull it out on the
front of the injection pipe.
Pull out enough cable (max 1m) to lift the lamp later
above the water surface. This facilitates future changes
or winter shutdown.
11. If cable duct is used connect it to the coupling box by the cable screw.
Coupling box art. no 12310 from Pahlén can be used.
12. Pull the sealing sleeve onto the cable. The sealing sleeve should
be placed in the rubber on the cable screw.
13. Tighten the cable screw so that the cable is firmly fixed.
14. Insert LED module cable into injection pipe.
Clamp fixed-LED module to the front panel. Tighten it with two screws.
15. Fill the pool with water up to the desired level.
