Reset the four stopwatch hands to "0" position.
Press button A for 2 seconds to select the stopwatch hand to be adjusted.

Press button B repeatedly to reset the selected stopwatch hand to "0" position.
It moves quickly if button B is kept pressed.
Press button A for 2 seconds.

Press button A for 2 seconds.
Adjusting the stopwatch second
hand to "0" position
Press button A for 2 seconds.
Adjusting the stopwatch hour and
minute hands to "0" position
Press button A for 2 seconds.
4 After all the adjustments are completed, push the crown back in to the normal
position in accordance with a time signal.
* Check that the hour and minute hands for the time display indicate the cur-
rent time, then, push the crown back in to the normal position.
