Press the "MEMORY" button to view the lowest and highest
temperature and humidity record from start-up or reset. "

When viewing the memory record, hold the "MEMORY" button for 3
seconds to clear the maximum and minimum record.

When viewing the memory record, press the "MEMORY" button again
to check the corresponded time and date for the memory of highest and
lowest temperature & humidity record. The memory record value and
corresponded time and date flash. Press the "MEMORY" button select
to view:
Time & date for lowest temperature memory recording -> time and date
for highest temperature memory recording -> time & date for lowest
humidity memory recording -> time and date for highest humidity
memory recording.

Press the "°C /°F" button (B1) to select temperature in Celsius or
