Possible Cause
Calibrate pH meter.
Thaw ASB to room temperature
Do not reuse ASB for next day
experiment.
Prepare fresh stock solutions.
Ensure that there is enough lipid
for painting in the lipid supply
plate. Adjust pipetting method in
Step 2 if needed.
Inspect donor plate prior to the
experiment to ensure that stirrer
disks are in all wells.
Adjust Detection Threshold in
Refine Permeability Constants
dialog box. Use only if UV
spectrum can be visually
confirmed.
