Apricot and marzipan parcels
Preparation: approx. 25 min. | Baking: approx. 15 min. | Yields: approx. 12 parcels

Dried apricots, finely chopped
3 oz
Plain marzipan or almond paste

Portion sweet tart dough
rolled to approx. 10 x 16 inch
All-purpose flour, for dusting

Egg, beaten
Powdered sugar, for dusting
1. Combine the apricots and marzipan, and
divide into 12 balls.
2. Cut out the dough and fill (see p. 6). Place
the parcels on a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper.
3. Baking: approx. 15 min. on the middle rack
of the oven; preheated to 400°F. Remove
from oven and cool on a wire rack, dust with
powdered sugar.
