ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place it on the floor
as shown in Fig.1. Fig.2.
ATENTION: The assistance of a second person is
advisable for the assembly work

Follow the assembly instructions step by step:

First loosen off the motor cover screws and take
off the motor cover, Fig.3.

Install the handle bar cover (18), Fig.4, into the
left (28)/right (29) upright tube from the bottom side
to the top and use screw (32) to fix, Fig.4-1.
Then install upright tube (28), (29) into the frame
using the screws (62).
Note: The tube with the cable hole (M) is the LEFT
side upright tube.

Pull the basement support frame down and
sportkoncept
choose the incline angle you want (7° or 10°), Fig.5.
Use the screws to fix the incline position.

Use knob (134) and washer (135) to fix the
frame, Fig.6.
Note: We recommend to turn the machine 90º
down to the ground to make the frame installation
easier.
5. FITTING THE HANDRAIL
HANDLEBAR.-
NOTE: The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this component.
Connect the assistant handle bar set (20) with
upper handle bar (5) and use the screws (10) to fix
it, Fig.7.
Connect the handle bar set with the upright tubes
(28), (29) using the screws (9), Fig.8.
Connect the left and right lower handle bar tubes
(22), (23) with the upper handle bar (20) using the
screws (24). Then, use the screws (25), washers
(26) and nuts (27) to fix the lower handle bars on
the frame, Fig.9, Fig.9-1.
Connect the middle handle bar (6) with the lower
handle bar (7), and connect the lower and the
middle control cable, Fig.10-1. Then use the
screws (11), (158) and the washers (12) to fix the
middle and lower handle bar set on the upper
handle bar and upright tubes.
Use the velcro belt to fix the end of the resistance
cable, get the resistance cable through the handle
bar hole and pull the end of the resistance cable
out from the oval hole on the bottom of the upright
tube, Fig.11-1.
Note: To get the cable through the handle bar,
attach the velcro strap to the steel cable without
the black rubber cover. Do not adjust the velcro on
the outer rubber cover to avoid damage, Fig.12-2.
Note the position of both knobs. The cable should
run forward on the left upright tube and back on
the right upright tube (Fig. 11-1 and 12-1).
Fit the left knob with the cable out to the front
direction and push the knob to the front position.
Fit the right knob with the cable out to the rear
direction and push the knob to the rear position.
Install the upright upper covers (16) on the
resistance adjustment bar (14), then insert the
upright small covers (17) into the upper covers
(16). Use the screws (58) to fix the upright cover
(16) and resistance adjustment bar set (14) on the
assistant handle bar, Fig.11.
Use the screws (15) to fix left/right upright tube
covers, Fig.13.

Follow the Fig.14 to connect the left/right
resistance cable with the lower controller
Pull the front screw hat completely out of the cable
casing. Then, put the cable front head casing into
the roller hole, Fig.15-1.
